Welcome to V-Lottery. These Terms of Use govern your use of our service.

All Contents opportunities and "rewards" given by V-Lottery app are from 3rd party companies and not affiliated with Apple Inc. Contests are solely sponsored by the V-Lottery app 3rd party partners. All Prizes & or rewards are NOT Apple products; and or do they have any association with Apple.

A. OPPORTUNITIES

Users have the opportunity to receive Rewards in exchange for performing specified tasks. Rewards provided by V-Lottery App.

B. REWARDS

V-Lottery App has the sole discretion to determine whether a particular User has met the Requirements and is entitled to receive the relevant Reward. If you do not comply with the Requirements you will not be entitled to the Rewards associated with that Opportunity. You agree that all Rewards will be forfeited if your account is terminated for any reason or if the V-Lottery app ceases to provide the Services.

C. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose, including to engage in any criminal or wrongful activity.
  • Cheat when watching ads to receive drawing tickets.
  • Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by V-Lottery app without our specific prior written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through the Services.
  • Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decode, decompile or otherwise disassemble any part of the Service.

2. USER SPECIFIC TERMS

A. USER REGISTRATION

As a condition to using the Service, and in order to receive monetary payments in connection with Rewards, you will be required to register and you will be required to provide valid payment information. You shall provide V-Lottery app with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in termination of account.

B. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

C. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. V-LOTTERY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
